   This person obviously needs to be a good salesperson. The applicant needs to be confident and charismatic, comfortable presenting to the board or mixing at networking events. However the applicant still needs to have a solid understanding of the web and web based marketing tools .

2. Graphics/Web Designer
   A master of Coreldraw and CSS. As well as being a great visual designer and knowing everything about web standards, this person needs to have an intimate knowledge of usability, accessibility and universal design.

   • Great understanding of usability principles
3. Back end developer/programmer.
   This person will develop and debug all the code for the sites. He/she must be a team player and understand the specific requirements of each website. Required skill set should include Mastery of the following:
   • HTML5
   • PHP
   • MySQL
   • Javascript
   • CSS3
   • Mobile app Development
